Admissions
All UG admissions to the B.A. in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) and B.Com (Management Studies) degree programmes are valid only for one academic year and must be renewed for each subsequent year of study.
Admission forms for the FYBAMMC and FYB.Com (Management Studies) programmes are available on the official college website, and print copies can be obtained from the college office.
Admissions to both BAMMC and B.Com (Management Studies) courses are based on the marks obtained in the Std. XII Board Examination.
All admissions are provisional subject to the approval of the University of Mumbai.

It is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to First Year degree courses to fill the Pre-Admission Online Registration Form available on the University portal:
www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac
All admissions to B.A. in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) and B.Com (Management Studies) are provisional, subject to the approval of the University of Mumbai.
The Merit Lists will be displayed on the college website as well as on the college notice board. Based on the merit list, shortlisted candidates will be required to visit the college premises with the duly filled College Form and University of Mumbai Form, along with printed copies of their mark sheets for verification.
Candidates must carry original documents along with attested photocopies for submission. The required documents include:
- Class XII Statement of Marks
- Passing Certificate
- Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate (wherever applicable)
- Baptism Certificate (wherever applicable)
- Caste Certificate (wherever applicable)
- Documentary Evidence for Special Category status
- Valid Photo ID and Address Proof
Note:
- Students coming from colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai and selected for admission must obtain a Transfer Certificate (TC) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous college and submit the same to the college office within the stipulated time. Failure to submit the Transfer Certificate may result in the examination form not being forwarded to the University.
- Applicants from boards other than the Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Board / University of Mumbai must submit proof of passing the last examination along with a photocopy of the fee receipt of the Provisional Eligibility Certificate at the time of admission.
- Students who have completed their Class XII from foreign boards, or through International Baccalaureate (IB), or ‘A’ Levels (General Certificate of Education / Cambridge / University of London) must obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the University of Mumbai before applying for admission to First Year Degree courses.
- Admissions to BAMMC and B.Com (Management Studies) programmes will commence after the declaration of HSC/Class XII results, as per University guidelines.
- A notarised Gap Certificate is mandatory for students who have taken a break in their education and are seeking to resume their studies.

IMPORTANT:
- At the time of admission, the student must be accompanied by at least one parent.
- For students whose parents are not residing in Mumbai, a local guardian may be permitted, provided an authority letter issued by the parents is submitted.
- An undertaking form must be duly filled and signed by the Parent/Guardian, confirming that they will abide by all the rules and regulations of the institution.
- Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees, as per the guidelines of the University of Mumbai.
Eligibility for Admission to Semester V (Third Year)
(As per R. 8438 – University of Mumbai)
Eligibility for a learner to be admitted to Semester V (Third Year) of Undergraduate Programmes (aided and non-aided) in the Faculties of Arts and Commerce, including BAMMC and B.Com (Management Studies), is as follows:
A learner shall be eligible if they meet any one of the following conditions:
- Passed Semester I, II, III, and IV in full,
OR - Passed Semester I and II in full and secured ATKT in Second Year by failing in not more than two courses each in Semester III and Semester IV,
OR - Secured ATKT in First Year by failing in not more than two courses each in Semester I and Semester II, and have passed Semester III and Semester IV in full.

Fees
Full fees must be paid along with the necessary deposits as mentioned, at the time of admission to the college in the first semester.
1. Students who fail to pay their fees by due date in the College Office are liable for disciplinary action including the removal of her name from the college register. No student will be permitted ordinarily, to apply for any of the University Examinations if she has not paid the college fees for the year.
Fees are subjected to periodic revision as per university guidelines & regulations.
2. Deserving / Eligible students are encouraged to take advantage of the financial aid in terms of Rajashri Shahu Maharaj Scholarship. Students are advised to refer to https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/ for the application process and related information.
